EUROBIKE 2017 CHARITY BIKE RAFFLE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS GRAND PRIZE. The grand prize is a 1996 Ducati SS/CR motorcycle. There is only one grand prize to be awarded. The total value of the grand prize is $4,000. The motorcycle is used and will be displayed at various locations and will, as a result, be subject to some wear and tear.

The motorcycle is in used condition and will be displayed at various locations and will, as a result, be subject to some wear and tear. The value of the prize is stated in U.S. currency. Taxes, duties, licensing and registration fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. This is a charity raffle, and all proceeds are to benefit our designated charity. All proceeds earned from the raffle, once vehicle purchase price and raffle operating expenses are covered, will be donated to this year’s charity, InterAct of Wake County.

HOW TO ENTER. The 1996 Ducati SS/CR Raffle Bike Sweepstakes begins December 15, 2016. Tickets can be purchased online at or in person on the day of the event, April 9, 2017. Official raffle tickets, accompanied with a donation, will be entered automatically at the rate of one (1) entry for each $20.00 increment of donation to Eurobike. Discounted raffle entries will also be offered as a part of a special pre-registration package to the Eurobike show of $40.00 (includes one (1) raffle ticket, event T-Shirt and one (1) show entry). ONLY official raffle tickets from online sales or on the day of the event will be accepted for entry (no duplicates or photocopies). Donations may be made by cash; check made payable to Eurobike; Paypal; Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Official raffle tickets may be made available in conjunction with other various promotions sponsored by the Eurobike.

ENTRY DEADLINES. All official online raffle entries must be completed prior to April 1, 2017. All other in-person transactions (i.e., taking place at the Eurobike and other events) resulting in entry eligibility must be completed no later than one (30) minutes immediately preceding the actual drawing time, which will be published in the Eurobike web site. Neither the Eurobike nor any of its affiliates assume any liability for lost or misdirected entries or entries that are not received by the deadline. By ordering a raffle ticket, properly requested / completed, you will be deemed to have agreed to abide by these rules.

WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted during the 2017 Eurobike event held in Historic City Market, Raleigh North Carolina April 9, 2017. The winner will be notified in person if present or by telephone or email. The winner will be required to sign a statement of eligibility and release. If the winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or he or she is found to be ineligible, or he or she does not comply with these rules, such winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering this drawing, the winner shall be deemed to have given Eurobike, or anyone it chooses, the unlimited right and license to use the winner’s name, likeness, and photograph for publicity purposes in all media, worldwide, and without further compensation. No substitution of prizes or cash equivalents is permitted at the election of the winner. Eurobike shall have the right to make prize substitutions at its discretion. A minimum of 150 tickets must be sold.  If less than 150 tickets are sold, persons entering the raffle will be refunded their entry donation.

ELIGIBILITY. The sweepstakes are open to individuals who are residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. ODDS. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES. Grand Prize winner is responsible for shipping and delivery of the motorcycle.  Winner agrees to remove the 1996 Ducati motorcycle from the Eurobike facilities no later than May 1, 2017. All federal, state and local taxes, laws and regulations apply, and the winner shall bear sole responsibility for paying any applicable taxes, tariffs, fees and miscellaneous costs related to the prize which he/she owes at the time of receipt of Grand Prize. The winner shall be provided with a Form 1099 IRS tax document for the retail value of the Grand Prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE. The winner, by acceptance of the Grand Prize, agrees to release Eurobike, Market Hall, and their officers, directors, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize. Eurobike and Market Hall do not make, nor are responsible for, a warranty or a guarantee with regards to any prize, including but not limited to a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.’ WINNERS.
